As the biggest industrial and chemical pump manufacturer in west China, Zigong Pump owns a comprehensive manufacturing process supported by a qualified manufacturing management system, therefore,based on the transparent attitude, we are presenting the complete manufacturing process to all.
Product design and model selection
The product models are selected strictly according to the customers’ requirements, engineering dept. provides product design and workmanship files to the production dept. to guarantee the product quality.
Mould building of castings
The moulds of pump parts are strictly sampled,material-prepared and assembled according to the thermotechnical workmanship.
Foundry of pump parts
The annual capacity of 8000 tons of alloy cast iron,the AOD furnace,the spectrum analyzer as well as the other updated facilities,and the experienced technicians guarantees the in time delivery and fine quality of casting parts of Sichuan Zigong Industrial Pump Co.,Ltd.
Warehouse of semi- finished parts
Zigong Pump established a complete warehouse management system,which adopts ERP software,and therefore is able to track every piece of product or spare part in the warehouse.
Finish machining
Zigong Pump owns fine precision and multi-functional facilities as lathe, milling machine, facing machine,drilling machine,boring machine, slotting machine, grinding machine...which satisfies the manufacturing requirements of various pumps.
Product assembly
Supported by a team of skillful assembly technicians and the effective management, the assembly process can be high-efficiently realized to guarantee the output capacity of Zigong Pump.
Product testing
Zigong Pump pursues the constant improvement of quality control system. Besides of strictly performing the process inspection of the product components, every single finished pump must be tested qualified on temperature rising ,hydrostatic pressure,vibration,noise and overall performance to guarantee the reliability of every piece of product.
Painting & packing
The products will be customized painted after tested qualified,then the products are going to be packed according to thedifferent requirements. Generally,we adopt recycle free materials for domestic market, while seaworthy plywood cases areadopted for oversea markets.
Product shipment
The products will be delivered to customers after a series of inspections and testings. Zigong Pump is fully working with various logistics companies who are able to deliver the products to the customers scatter in the world within the shortest time.
