More than 30 representatives from engineering design institutes, user units and product development partners, as well as several experts from Zhejiang University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Xihua University, Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College and third-party evaluation companies, attended the above meetings. . Yang Hongchun, director of the Zigong Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and Gong Xinrong, general manager of the Yunji Company, were invited to attend the meeting and inspect the unit operation site.

It is understood that the single-drive hydraulic turbine unit is a key new product development project of the company during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, and is also a science and technology project initiated by the Provincial Science and Technology Department and a provincial major technical equipment innovation development project. The hydraulic turbine unit is an energy recovery device that converts surplus pressure energy into industrial energy or electrical energy in industrial production. At present, most of the domestic chemical industry applications are imported dual-drive devices, while single-drive devices are energy efficient and stable. Reliability and investment costs are clearly superior to dual-drive products and have become a trend. Through the cooperation between our company and Sichuan Meiqing Company, relying on its 200,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia plant for transformation, it took nearly four years to overcome many difficulties and finally achieved initial results. According to the operation data of the unit provided by Meiqing Company, the turbine recovery efficiency is higher than 75%, and the annual recovery of 3 million kWh can save electricity costs of more than 1.3 million yuan per year. The development and promotion of the single-drive hydraulic turbine energy recovery device has a good industrialization prospect in the development direction of our products and market demand.
