Everyone started the formal expansion training with these questions.

  The time passed quickly, and it was near noon. The temperature gradually increased and it reached 34°. The training that just started was full of passion and everyone devoted to the training. There is no sense of changes in the surrounding environment.  After only one hour of lunch break (including eating), in the increasingly sinister sun, our young challengers began a more difficult and challenging expansion project in the afternoon, after each project was completed, It is also very active to feel, experience and share.

At 6 o'clock in the afternoon, our team ushered in the ultimate challenge in the difficult conditions of continuous high temperature, hungry body, exhausted physical strength, etc.: graduation wall. The 4.1-meter-high wall, without any auxiliary rock climbing equipment, all team members must turn over the wall within 20 minutes. However, it is such a task that seems impossible to complete. In front of our team with dreams and hard work, everyone works together to miraculously in 18 minutes by means of people, people, and people. finished. After the physical training during the day, a psychological growth training in the evening gave us an extraordinary day to be sublimated. From the morning we didn’t know each other. At 9:30 in the evening, the whole day of extended training finally came to a successful conclusion. In the course of the whole day, no one has ever withdrawn because of the hot weather.
